I've had one of these for a month now. I can't figure out how I lived without it. The instructions were a little thin, but once I'd used it, they made more sense. It's great both for inhaling steam to clear sinuses and for inhaling vaporized medicine to cure the problem.

Amazing product! When my sinus infection was at its worst, I used this. It's a zillion times faster than turning on the shower to fill the bathroom with steam, and it's super easy. It's important to fill the front cup half way with a weak saline solution, to make the steam even more enthusiastic than otherwise. (That's in the instructions). I used this several times a day to make the infection bearable, and I cannot recommend it enough. I'm going to buy several for sinus-suffering friends and family.

Don't let the price or size of this innocuous-looking thing fool you; THIS little gizmo can r-e-a-l-l-y generate lots of steam.
It's a 'Personal Size', so it doesn't have a 'room-sized' tank.
This is great because with my painfully dry sinuses THIS little Gem is worth it's weight in Gold.
Oh, and it's Fast too.
Best product on the market; bar none.
In a word: "Astonishing"
